One of the big dilemma's that buyers and investors are facing in today's property market in the Coronavirus.
The government has asked people not to move homes which has put a hold on many property transactions.
However, the property market has not stopped as it may appear. There are virtual viewings being carried out. Also, lenders are doing desktop valuations. So, it is still possible to buy a property. Physical presence of the buyer is only required while viewing a property. Everything else is done through phone and internet.
Virtual viewings should be good enough for properties in good condition. And when the lockdown ends the property market is going to be one of the first to reopen.
